For custom orders, please specify the size. You can use this table for rough measurements:

0-3 months: 4"
3-6 months: 4.25"
6-9 months: 4.5"
9-12 months: 4.75"
12-18 months: 5"
For shoes sizing: measure your child feet from heel to tip of big toe in inches and order the next size up to make sure it fits. Our shoes measures small and the inches equivalent is the measurement  outside not the inside.
